Shashank Srivastava is a visiting professor at UWSP’s department of Philosophy.
He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy from Banaras Hindu University, in Varanasi India, one of oldest living cities in the world, and the ancient center of philosophy, Religion and education in South Asia.

All You Can Eat Breakfast
Saint Bronislavia Church of Plover is having an “All You Can Eat Breakfast” Sunday, February 5th, serving from 8:30am to Noon. The menu includes: Buttermilk & Potato Pancakes & French Toast, Sausage & Ham, Milk, Juice & Coffee. Cost is $7 for adults, $4 for ages 5-12 and kids 4 and under eat free! Proceeds will benefit St. Bron’s Building and Grounds Maintenance.
St John’s Lutheran Church, South Park Road, Kellner, is having a Spaghetti Supper, Sunday February 12th from 4-6pm. featuring Spaghetti with homemade Meat Sauce, Fresh Garden Salad, Italian Garlic or Plain Bread, served at your candle lit table! also featuring a dessert cart featuring an assortment of homemade pies, cakes, cookies and more, with Hot or Cold Beverages! Adults $7 Kids 6-10 $3.5o and 6 and under eat Free!
Covenant Community Presbyterian Church of Schofield, is hosting a wonderful evening of fabulous auction items and offering a fine dining experience. Saturday March 4th.
The silent auction opens at 1pm, followed with dinner starting at 4:30, and a live auction at 6:30. Back again is this year’s silent auction is a “Buy it Now Option” where bidders can buy the item for a set price.
